The Team Leader is responsible for managing a team of sales executives/telecallers to drive business growth, achieve sales targets, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The role involves mentoring, performance monitoring, and motivating the team to deliver excellent results in line with company objectives.
Lead, guide, and manage a team of sales executives/telecallers to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Ensure the team generates leads and converts them into successful business opportunities (Loans/Financial Products).
Monitor team performance using key metrics and provide regular feedback and coaching.
Conduct daily sales huddles, performance reviews, and motivate team members to meet targets.
Assign leads, track follow-ups, and ensure effective pipeline management.
Coordinate with banks/NBFC partners for loan processing and ensure timely closures.
Handle escalations, resolve customer issues, and ensure excellent customer service.
Prepare sales reports, MIS, and performance updates for management.
Recruit, train, and develop new team members to strengthen team capability.
Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
