We are looking for a motivated and results-driven IT Telesales Executive to promote and sell our IT products and services over the phone. The role involves engaging with potential customers, understanding their business needs, pitching suitable IT solutions, and closing sales.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote IT products and services
Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate IT solutions
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups
Explain product features, pricing, and service offerings clearly and confidently
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM systems
Follow up on enquiries and convert them into successful sales
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for demos, proposals, and closures
Handle customer objections professionally and resolve basic queries
Graduate
Experience in IT telesales, software sales preferred
Good understanding of IT services, software solutions, or digital products is an advantage
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)
Confident phone presence with persuasive selling skills
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
Target-driven with a positive attitude

Monday to Saturday / 6 days
Fixed Office hours - 9:30am to 6:30pm
