Work Mode: Work from Office Only Mon-Saturday 10:00am-6:30pm (No Work from Home)
Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month + Incentives on Sales [variable amount]
Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound leads effectively through Phone Calls, WhatsApp, Email, and Chat platforms.
Proactively engage with existing and potential customers to understand their requirements and qualify sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records with timely follow-ups using the internal CRM system.
Stay well-informed about the latest product and service updates.
Build and manage a comprehensive database of current and prospective customers.
Clearly explain and demonstrate product/service features to customers to drive interest and conversions.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Exceptional customer service mindset, patience, and a positive attitude.
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
Prior experience in inside sales, customer support, lead management, chat/email processes, or backoffice roles is an advantage (freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
