Hiring for International BPO Executive - (Inbound Telesales)

Job Profile:

US Inbound Ticketing process, candidate use to take maximum 15 to 30 calls in a day and book flight tickets for US customers as per their requirements and resolve their queries

Required:

• Proven customer care experience In any International BPO or Experience as a Travel Sales Representative

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Minimum 1 year experience in any International BPO Sales company.

• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

Benefits:

• Shifts: US shift (Inbound Voice) Fixed shift with Roster off.

• Incentive : Up to 4 lacs in a month ( Average incentive 10 k to 50k in a month ) apart from salary

• Salary : upto 20K to 30K

• Training : 15-30 days paid training.

• 5 days working (rotational shifts)

• Salary date - 1st of every month

• Free Pickup or Drop depends upon office timings & location

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming phone calls

• Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction

• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

• Handle customer queries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
