Insurance Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers, explain motor insurance products, and convert leads into sales.

• Customer Service: Handle inbound/outbound calls, answer queries about policies, premiums, and coverage, and assist with renewals and claims.

• Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of motor insurance products, features, and industry trends.

• Data Management: Accurately record customer interactions, update databases (CRM), and process applications.

• Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals. 

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Communication: Excellent verbal skills, persuasive, and convincing.

• Sales Acumen: Negotiation, closing skills, and a results-driven mindset.

• Customer Focus: Service-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

• Technical: Basic computer skills, familiarity with CRM software.

• Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or insurance is often preferred.

• Education: High school diploma minimum; a bachelor's degree is a plus. 

Work Environment:

• Often involves fixed + incentive-based pay.

• Full-time, day shift, potentially 6 days a week.

• Can involve both cold calling and following up on existing leads. 

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
