Inside Sales Executive

We are looking for a Inside Sales Executive to join our team in healthcare industry. Get a salary of ₹20000 - ₹35000 along with career growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle Inbound/Outbound Calls: Manage a high volume of calls to assist patients and customers regarding medical services and procedures.

• Provide Information: Offer detailed, accurate information about Carelan's services, including surgical options (e.g., ENT, Ortho, Gynaecology) and diagnostic tests.

• Schedule Appointments: Book, confirm, and manage appointments for consultations, surgeries, and post-operative support.

• Lead Generation & Sales (if applicable): Follow up on potential leads, explain product benefits, and persuade customers to use Carelan's services, aiming to meet sales targets.

• Maintain Records: Accurately record all patient interactions and information into the CRM system.

• Resolve Queries & Complaints: Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly, professionally, and empathetically, providing appropriate solutions.

• Ensure Compliance: Adhere to healthcare policies and patient confidentiality guidelines. 

Skills & Requirements

• Excellent Communication: Strong verbal communication skills in English and/or regional languages are essential for engaging with a diverse patient base.

• Interpersonal Skills: Empathy, patience, and a professional, customer-centric approach.

• Persuasion Skills: Ability to explain complex medical information clearly and convince potential clients of the value of services offered.

• Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills and experience using CRM software for data entry and record-keeping.

• Education: Typically a high school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in a call center, sales, or the healthcare sector is often preferred.

• Problem-Solving: Ability to handle pressure, manage objections, and think quickly to resolve issues.
