Job Summary:

As an Inside Sales Representative at SENSES ELECTRONICS, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by engaging with potential clients, explaining our solutions, and coordinating with the sales team to close deals. This position is ideal for enthusiastic freshers who have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Presales & Lead Generation:

• Engage with potential customers via inbound and outbound calls to pitch automation and electronic solutions.

• Explain product features and benefits clearly, aligning with customer needs.

• Understand client requirements and qualify leads for further action.

• Maintain and update lead records in CRM systems.

Sales Support & Coordination:

• Collaborate with field sales and technical teams to ensure smooth pre-sales and post-sales processes.

• Prepare and follow up on quotations, purchase orders, and documentation.

• Monitor the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Coordinate internal communication for order processing and customer service.

Customer Interaction:

• Answer queries regarding products, services, or the company.

• Build strong customer relationships and ensure a high level of satisfaction.

• Provide excellent after-call summaries and record useful information from customer interactions.

Required Skills & Attributes:

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

• Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.

• Ability to understand and explain technical products.

• Good sales acumen and willingness to learn.

• Problem-solving attitude and creative thinking ability.

• Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
