Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with dental clinics, hospitals, and distributors to promote company products.

• Generate and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, and online platforms.

• Understand customer needs, provide product information, and offer suitable solutions.

• Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and product presentations with clients.

• Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams for order processing and timely delivery.

• Maintain and update customer records and sales reports in CRM.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Provide feedback from customers to the product and marketing teams.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, and local language preferred).

• Strong selling and negotiation abilities.

• Knowledge of dental equipment or medical devices (preferred but not mandatory).

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

• Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Commerce, or related fields (Preferred: Dental/Healthcare background).

• 1–3 years of inside sales/tele sales experience in medical or dental equipment preferred.

• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
