Job Description

Roles & responsibilities

Lead Engagement & Sales

  • Generate and qualify inbound and outbound leads via calls, emails, and digital channels.

  • Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand customer needs and present solutions effectively.

  • Convert leads into paying customers while achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Solution Selling

  • Sell SaaS-based products (e.g., retailer onboarding, software, digital marketplace tools) and services.

  • Tailor product pitches and pricing to both individual (B2C) customers and business (B2B) accounts.

  • Highlight product value, loyalty programs, delivery and technology benefits to convert prospects.

Client Onboarding & Relationship Management

  • Support new clients through the onboarding process and ensure smooth transition from sales to implementation.

  • Drive product adoption and help customers achieve initial value success.

  • Follow up on demos, trial feedback, and contract closures.

Tracking & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems and update pipeline status.

  • Track performance metrics and share insights/feedback with the sales manager for continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with marketing, product, and operations teams to align outreach campaigns, feedback loops, and customer success workflows.

  • Share market insights (competitor offerings, pricing feedback, product challenge areas).
