As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales of our electric vehicles (EVs) through telephonic and online channels. The role involves engaging with potential customers, explaining unique product features (like our battery-swapping network), handling inquiries, and converting leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Conversion: Reach out to potential customers via calls, emails, and digital platforms to follow up on prospects and convert leads into sales.
Product Advocacy: Clearly explain EV products, features, pricing, and benefits (such as cost savings and battery tech) to customers.
Pipeline Management: Generate and qualify leads while maintaining a strong, organized sales pipeline.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with field sales or showroom operations teams to schedule test drives and close sales.
CRM Maintenance: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all customer interactions and sales stages in the CRM.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Customer Support: Handle customer queries promptly and provide excellent customer support throughout the buying journey.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Any graduate (MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus).
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in inside sales or telesales. Experience in the EV or automobile sectors is highly preferred.
Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in English, Hindi, and Kannada to comfortably handle regional and national customer demographics.
Target-Driven: Proven ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Tech Savvy: Basic understanding of electric vehicles and proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 Take-Home per month (Final salary depends on the interview process and experience)
