Key Responsibilities
Engage with company-generated qualified leads through calls, emails, virtual meetings, and other communication channels.
Understand customer requirements, business challenges, and objectives to recommend suitable solutions.
Conduct product or service presentations and demonstrations as required.
Build strong relationships with prospects and maintain regular follow-ups throughout the sales cycle.
Handle objections, negotiate effectively, and convert leads into paying customers.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and deal progress in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly conversion and revenue targets.
Provide regular feedback on lead quality, customer requirements, and market insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications
6Months – 3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, Sales Executive, or a similar customer-facing role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with prospects.
Experience using CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
Goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
