Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Team Leader for our Australian Solar Campaign. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in team handling, lead generation, or international sales processes and should be capable of driving team performance and achieving campaign targets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of agents working on the Australian solar campaign

Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly target achievement

Conduct team briefings, training, and performance reviews

Monitor call quality, attendance, and agent productivity

Support agents with pitch improvement and objection handling

Assist in lead conversion and appointment closures

Prepare daily MIS and performance reports

Eligibility / Requirements

6 months to 1 year of experience as a Team Leader / Team Handling role

Experience in international voice process / lead generation / solar campaign preferred

Strong communication and leadership skills

Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Good knowledge of CRM, dialer, and reporting tools
