Telesales Executive

Hashtag Eyewear is one of India's growing eyewear brands, offering a wide range of optical frames, sunglasses & Optical accessories to optical retailers nationwide. We are looking for energetic and confident professionals who are passionate about sales and customer Interaction.

Position: Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with optical retailers and business owners via phone calls.

• Introduce and promote our latest eyewear collections.

• Generate sales leads and convert inquiries into orders.

• Build long-term relationships with customers.

• Follow up with existing and potential customers.

• Maintain customer records and update sales activities.

• Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams for smooth order processing.

What We're Looking For:

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools.

• Positive attitude and sales-oriented mindset.

• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

• Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, customer support, or sales is preferred.

• Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome.

• This role involves dealing with Optical Retailers and promoting Optical Frames & Sunglasses.

• Candidates having prior experience in the Optical Industry (Optical Frames, Sunglasses, Lenses, Optical Stores, or Eyewear Sales) will be given preference.

• Knowledge of optical products and the optical market will be considered an added advantage.
