Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to drive enrollments for our Banking & Finance programs. The role involves engaging with prospective learners, understanding their career goals, and guiding them toward suitable programs through structured counseling and sales interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and convert inbound and outbound leads through calls and digital platforms
Provide career counseling to students and working professionals
Explain program features, benefits, and career outcomes clearly
Ensure timely follow-ups and relationship management
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets
Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems
Coordinate with internal teams for seamless onboarding
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
0–3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Tele-sales / EdTech (preferred)
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage
