The role involves handling inbound and outbound sales through phone calls and WhatsApp, understanding customer needs, and helping them complete their purchases. This is a sales-focused role with minimal support responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and WhatsApp chats.

• Understand customer requirements and convert leads into sales.

• Build customer relationships and ensure a seamless buying experience.

• Maintain accurate CRM records.

• Coordinate with internal teams to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• D.Pharm/B.Pharm preferred but not mandatory.

• 0–2 years of experience.

• Freshers & Immediate Joiners Preferred.

Required Skills

• Comfortable using CRM and digital tools.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
