Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role located in Jaipur. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to meet the organization's hiring needs. Key responsibilities include posting job openings, managing candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews, maintaining accurate recruitment records, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements. The position involves managing the entire recruitment lifecycle and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Experience in candidate sourcing, screening, and managing recruitment processes

• Proficiency in job posting, maintaining candidate databases, and coordinating interviews

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with hiring managers and candidates

• Ability to work efficiently in an on-site, team-based environment within a structured organization

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools; knowledge of data-driven recruitment practices is a plus

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Prior experience in a similar HR or recruitment role is an advantage
