Travel Tech (Eveez) is a rapidly growing EV mobility solutions provider focused on sustainable transportation and innovative electric mobility services. We operate through multiple franchise partners to support last-mile logistics and fleet operations.

Role Overview

The Assistant Franchise Coordinator will support the franchise network operationally and administratively. This role involves coordination between internal teams and franchise partners to ensure smooth onboarding, day-to-day operations, performance tracking, and resolution of franchise queries.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in onboarding new franchise partners and ensuring documentation compliance

• Maintain communication between franchise partners and internal teams (Operations, PDI, Fleet, Accounts, etc.)

• Track franchise performance metrics and prepare reports

• Resolve operational issues, escalation support & follow-ups

• Monitor vehicle deployment, scheduling, fleet maintenance, and availability

• Support in training and SOP implementation for franchise partners

• Ensure franchise adherence to company policies and standards

• Coordinate with the field team for inspections, audits, and performance tracking

• Assist in planning new franchise rollouts and expansion

• Maintain records and franchise-related data in CRM/ERP systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related fields

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, franchise coordination, or fleet management (EV industry preferred but not mandatory)

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM/ERP tools, and reports handling

• Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage multiple stakeholders

• Comfortable with field coordination when required
