Job Overview
Coordinate service operations between customers, service teams, and internal departments
Ensure smooth scheduling, reporting, and customer communication
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily service schedules with RO & Descaling teams
Confirm service schedules with customers and technicians
Share service, installation, erection, and feasibility reports
Prepare daily, individual, departmental, and quarterly reports
Communicate service updates through calls and emails
Coordinate material readiness and dispatch with Stores
Maintain attendance, expenditure, and Excel-based records
Coordinate with Accounts for suspense amounts and expenses
Prepare SOPs, operational manuals, and MoMs
Collect customer feedback and ensure timely follow-ups
Required Skills
Good communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
Strong documentation and reporting skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Attention to detail
Preferred Experience
1–3 years in service coordination, customer support, or operations
Basic knowledge of RO / Descaling services (added advantage)
