Job Description

Job Overview

  • Coordinate service operations between customers, service teams, and internal departments

  • Ensure smooth scheduling, reporting, and customer communication

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily service schedules with RO & Descaling teams

  • Confirm service schedules with customers and technicians

  • Share service, installation, erection, and feasibility reports

  • Prepare daily, individual, departmental, and quarterly reports

  • Communicate service updates through calls and emails

  • Coordinate material readiness and dispatch with Stores

  • Maintain attendance, expenditure, and Excel-based records

  • Coordinate with Accounts for suspense amounts and expenses

  • Prepare SOPs, operational manuals, and MoMs

  • Collect customer feedback and ensure timely follow-ups

Required Skills

  • Good communication and coordination skills

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication

  • Strong documentation and reporting skills

  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

  • Attention to detail

Preferred Experience

  • 1–3 years in service coordination, customer support, or operations

  • Basic knowledge of RO / Descaling services (added advantage)
