Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in lead management, quotation preparation, customer follow-ups, and order processing. The ideal candidate will play a key role in improving lead conversion, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments.


Key Responsibilities

🔹 Lead Management & Conversion

  • Receive, record, and track incoming sales leads

  • Qualify leads and assign them to sales representatives

  • Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects via calls and emails

  • Monitor lead progress in CRM and support conversion to orders

  • Maintain accurate lead and opportunity records

🔹 Quotation & Proposal Management

  • Prepare accurate and timely quotations as per customer requirements

  • Coordinate with technical and operations teams for pricing and specifications

  • Follow up on submitted quotations to secure approvals

  • Revise and update quotations as needed

  • Maintain proper documentation of all quotations and revisions

🔹 Sales & Order Coordination

  • Process sales orders and ensure documentation completeness

  • Coordinate with logistics, finance, and operations for timely delivery

  • Track order status and update customers regularly

  • Support sales representatives with administrative tasks

🔹 Customer Relationship Management

  • Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries

  • Provide product/service information and resolve basic queries

  • Follow up on pending payments and deliveries

  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

🔹 Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports

  • Track sales targets, conversion ratios, and pending quotations

  • Maintain updated databases of customers and prospects


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

  • 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination or sales support

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Experience with CRM software is an advantage

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
