Job Purpose

We are looking for a result-oriented and multilingual Customer Relationship Executive to join our branch in RA Puram, Chennai. The primary focus of this role is to bridge the gap between high-quality customer service and proactive sales. You will be responsible for managing a diverse client portfolio, primarily across the South and North Indian regions, ensuring long-term retention while driving revenue through strategic relationship management and cross-selling.

Key Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for a designated portfolio of clients, ensuring high satisfaction and trust.

• Sales & Revenue Generation: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions to meet monthly revenue targets.

• Multilingual Support: Communicate fluently in Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi to assist regional customers and handle inquiries effectively.

• Conflict Resolution: Professionally handle customer grievances, providing prompt solutions to maintain a positive brand image.

• Customer Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

• Operational Excellence: Work from the office to coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, and Operations) to resolve complex client issues.

Experience

Minimum 2 Years of proven experience in Sales or CRM roles.

Education

Any Graduate (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

Languages

Fluent in Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi (Written & Verbal).

Sales Skills

Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.

Soft Skills

Excellent active listening, empathy, and professional telephone etiquette.

Technical

Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) and MS Office (Excel).

Work Environment & Compensation

• Designation: Customer Relationship Executive

• Location: RA Puram, Chennai (RA Puram is centrally located; candidates from Mylapore, Mandaveli, and Adyar are encouraged to apply).

• Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Fixed).

• Incentives: Performance-based monthly incentives on top of the fixed salary.

• Notice Period: Immediate Joiners preferred.

• Working Mode: Work from Office (Full-time).

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
