An education counsellor in the education industry serves as a guide to students, parents, and even professionals, helping them make informed decisions about academic and career paths. their role typically involves:

1.      Explain about admission procedures and courses offered to the students and their parents through phone calls.

2.      Counsel Students and Parents about our courses.

3.      Interaction with Students and Parents on regular basis

4.      Monitor class schedules to ensure smooth running of classes.

5.      Support the students throughout the admission process by answering their queries.

6.      Maintain the target metrics by converting potential students into confirmed admission and succeed in achieving the performance goals.

7.      Maintain regular communication with students, parents for coordinating admission activities and resolving problems.

8.      Result-orientated and able to work under pressure to achieve targets.

9.      Excellent command of spoken and written English as well as the local language. Strong presentation and persuasion skills.

10.  Should be target oriented and enthusiastic towards the role.

11.  Participating in educational fairs and events.

12.  An ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, students and other members of the public of all age groups.

13.  Ability to learn on your own initiative and research best study options for students.

14.  Must Have Pleasing Personality, Excellent Communication and Soft Spoken.
