Key responsibilities include networking, managing a sales pipeline, and ensuring revenue targets are met.

Client and relationship management: Identify, build, and maintain strong relationships with HR heads, CHROs, and senior corporate leaders.Business growth and strategy: Develop and implement strategies to drive new business opportunities and achieve revenue targets.Lead generation: Proactively source new leads through networking, digital outreach, market intelligence, and attending industry events.Proposal and presentation development: Create customized proposals, pitches, and presentations to secure new business.Market analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify unique selling propositions and opportunities.Internal collaboration: Work with marketing and leadership teams to align business development goals with overall company strategy.Reporting and tracking: Track sales metrics, monitor progress, and maintain accurate data in CRM systems.Brand representation: Represent the company at industry forums, conferences, and corporate events.
