Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
- Presentation and Negotiation: Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Requirements:
- 12th, Bachelor's degree, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
