Job Description:

We are hiring Telesales Executives to promote and sell financial products like Credit Cards, Loans, and Insurance over the phone. If you are confident, a good communicator, and want to earn high incentives, we’d love to meet you!

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Call potential customers daily to promote and sell financial products (Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance)

• Explain product features and benefits in a clear and convincing manner

• Handle objections and turn leads into conversions

• Achieve monthly sales targets and qualify for attractive incentives

• Maintain a daily calling log and follow up with interested leads

Required Candidate Profile:

• Education: 12th pass / Undergraduate / Graduate in any stream

• Experience: Fresher or Experienced

• Languages: Fluent in Hindi and basic English

• Strong convincing and communication skills

• Energetic, goal-oriented, and confident on calls

Job Details:

• Shift: Day Shift (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM)

• Working Days: 6 days/week

• Salary: As per market norms + performance-based incentives

• Location: C-89, 3rd Floor, C Block, Sector 2, Noida
  (Nearest Metro: Noida Sector 15)
