Legal Capital Law Firm is a professional legal services organization providing expert solutions in corporate, civil, and individual legal matters. We are expanding our telesales team to connect with clients and promote our legal services effectively.

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to explain legal services offered by the firm

• Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into appointments or sales

• Understand client requirements and route them to the appropriate legal team

• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

• Provide professional and courteous communication at all times

• Follow company scripts and compliance guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Any Graduate / Undergraduate (Freshers can apply)

• 0–3 years experience in BPO / Telesales / Telecalling preferred

• Good communication skills in English & regional language

• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills

• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel is a plus)

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
