Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients
Explain company services clearly and professionally
Handle client queries and provide accurate information
Follow up with interested clients and schedule appointments
Maintain call records and update daily reports
Achieve daily/weekly call and lead targets
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client handling

Skills Required:

Good communication skills
Basic knowledge of calling processes
Ability to convince and handle clients politely
Basic computer knowledge
Willingness to learn and work in a target-based environment

Mandatory Requirements:

Formal wear is compulsory
