Job Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, understanding their business requirements, explaining FINDO's services, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and business prospects.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable lead-generation packages.

• Explain FINDO Solution's services, packages, benefits, and terms clearly.

• Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and email.

• Maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers.

• Generate and manage sales opportunities from assigned leads.

• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

• Coordinate with the lead-generation and customer-support teams for smooth onboarding.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

• Provide regular updates to the reporting manager regarding sales activities and conversions.

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities.

• Basic knowledge of sales and customer relationship management.

• Ability to handle follow-ups professionally.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Ability to communicate professionally through email and WhatsApp.

• Previous experience in telesales, business development, lead generation, or inside sales will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate

• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

• Candidates with sales or business development experience will be preferred.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
