We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our Loan Sales Process team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong convincing ability, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote personal loans/business loans/home loans.

• Understand customer requirements and explain suitable loan products.

Required Skills:

• Good communication in Hindi/English or regional languages.

• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.

• Basic understanding of loan products (Personal Loan, Business Loan, etc.) preferred.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: 12th/Graduate (any stream).

• Experience: Fresher/Experienced candidates can apply (loan sales experience preferred).
