Role Summary

We are looking for a polite and professional Telesales Executive who can handle customer calls, explain Ayurveda Men’s Wellness products, and maintain good communication and call quality. 

Key Responsibilities

1. Make outbound calls to customers and share information about Ayurveda products.
   

2. Maintain high call quality and follow communication guidelines.
   
   

3. Assist customers with product details, basic queries, and feedback.
   
   

4. Maintain proper data entry and call records in CRM.
   
   

5. Ensure professional and positive interaction with every customer.
   
   

6. Follow company SOPs and Ayurveda process guidelines.
   
   

Requirements

• 1–3 years of telecalling/telesales experience (Ayurveda experience preferred but not necessary).
  
  

• Good communication and listening skills.
  
  

• Polite, patient, and customer-friendly approach.
  
  

• Basic computer knowledge & ability to learn new processes.
  
  

• Stable and responsible attitude toward work.
