We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.---🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.Follow up on warm leads, and convert them into sales opportunities.Maintain customer database and update call records regulary.Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.Provide excellent customer service and build customer relationships.
