• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Ayurvedic solutions.

• Explain product details, pricing, and offers to drive conversions.

• Accurately record customer information and order details in the system.

• Maintain strong follow-up with interested customers for repeat sales.

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships for retention.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Handle customer objections confidently using company sales scripts.
