BPO Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Team Leader with at least 1 year of experience in managing teams. The candidate should be able to handle day-to-day operations, guide team members, monitor performance, and achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of executives.

• Daily reporting and performance tracking.

• Ensure targets and KPIs are met.

• Provide training, feedback, and support to team members.

• Maintain discipline, quality, and productivity.

• Coordinate with management for process improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as Team Leader / Shift Leader / Senior Executive.

• Strong communication & leadership skills.

• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, Reporting).

Salary

₹ (Add salary range — e.g., ₹18,000 to ₹25,000 + incentives)
