About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Admission Counselor to join our growing school team at Airoli campuses. This role involves guiding prospective parents through the admission process, representing our institution professionally, and playing a key role in increasing admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle admission inquiries via calls, emails & walk-ins.

• Explain school curriculum, facilities & admission procedures.

• Counsel parents individually and assist with documentation.

• Conduct follow-ups and maintain lead tracking records.

• Organize school tours, orientations, and admission events.

• Coordinate with academic/admin teams for smooth processes.

• Maintain MIS reports and provide timely updates to management.

• Manage front-desk tasks related to admissions when needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal & written communication.

• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).

• Pleasant personality with a professional attitude.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 3 - 5 years of experience.
