Admission Counsellor

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Admission Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with doctors and medical professionals across India and abroad, guiding them through our company’s specialized educational programs and courses designed to enhance their professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to doctors and healthcare professionals regarding our medical education programs.

• Counsel and guide potential candidates about the company’s courses, certifications, and academic pathways suitable for their career development.

• Understand the educational background, interests, and career objectives of each prospect to recommend the most relevant course offerings.

• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with leads to ensure conversions and achieve monthly admission targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and medical institutions, both domestically and internationally.

• Handle queries through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings in a professional and informative manner.

• Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams to ensure seamless admission processes and excellent candidate experience.

• Keep detailed records of communication, leads, and conversions in CRM software.

• Stay updated with the latest developments in the medical education field and company course offerings.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably in healthcare, life sciences, or management).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and persuasive personality.

• Strong command over English (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage).

• Prior experience in counselling, sales, or customer support—especially in the education or healthcare sector—is preferred.

• Ability to engage professionally with domestic and international clients through calls and virtual meetings.

• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
