We are looking for an Academic Counsellor to join our team IIFA Lancaster Degree College. The role involves counselling the students for the courses provided in database with a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of Rs 20,000/- to Rs 25,000/-in hand.
Key Responsibilities:
Help students choose appropriate courses, majors, and academic pathways.
Provide guidance on accademic goals, career interests, and long-term planning.
Explain academic policies, degree requirements, and graduation criteria.
Assist with registration, course changes, withdrawls, and appeals.
Communicate academic expectations and resources clearly to students.
Guide students on internships, higher education options, and career pathways.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th pass and above. Candidates must have experience in counselling, fluent english communication skills, computer knowledge and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
