Position: Academic Counselor

Compensation: ₹3 - ₹8 LPA ( Including Performance Incentives)

Working Days: 6 days a week (Tuesday Off)

Timings: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

● Guide students in selecting the most suitable academic programs based on their

goals.

● Build rapport and provide expert counseling to students and parents.

● Achieve enrollment targets through personalized communication and follow-ups.

● Maintain and manage student records using CRM tools.

● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and support.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
