Job Title: CCTV Field Technician cum Security Systems Specialist

Job Summary:

We're looking for a skilled CCTV Field Technician who can do the cabling, install, maintain, and repair CCTV systems, access control systems, fire alarm systems, and biometric devices. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Installation and Maintenance:

- Install and configure CCTV systems, access control systems, fire alarm systems, and biometric devices.

- Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance on systems.

- Troubleshooting and Repair:

- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with CCTV, access control, fire alarm, and biometric systems.

- Repair or replace faulty equipment.

- Client Support:

- Provide technical support and training to clients on system usage.

- Collaborate with clients to assess security needs and provide customized solutions.

- Documentation:

- Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Diploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in CCTV installation, access control, fire alarm systems, and biometric devices.

- Strong knowledge of IP networking, CCTV cameras, and access control systems.

- Familiarity with fire alarm systems and biometric devices.

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Good communication and customer service skills .
