About the Role:

We are looking for skilled and hardworking ITI Fitters to join our team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a hands-on environment involving welding, assembly, fabrication, and tool handling. The fitter will collaborate with the production and engineering teams to ensure quality and accuracy in all fabrication and assembly tasks.

Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory):

• Education: ITI – Fitter

• Experience: 0 to 5 years (Freshers can also apply)

• Location: Must be based in Bengaluru and available to work on-site

• Commitment: Full-time, on-site role

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform fitting, welding, assembly, cutting, and drilling tasks as per drawings.

• Read and interpret technical drawings to execute fabrication accurately.

• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.

• Conduct assembly work with precision and ensure quality standards.

• Assist in modifying, fabricating, and improving existing components and assemblies.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workplace.

Requirements:

• ITI Fitter certification (mandatory).

• Basic knowledge of welding, assembly, and machining processes.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

• Hands-on experience with cutting, drilling, and power tools.

• Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

• Prior experience in manufacturing/assembly will be an added advantage.
