We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Manager to lead our service department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily service operations, ensuring high-quality repairs, driving customer satisfaction, and leading a team of technicians and service advisors.
Oversee daily operations of the service department
Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of complaints
Manage and motivate service advisors and technicians
Monitor service quality, productivity, and efficiency
Schedule work, allocate resources, and manage workflow
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards
Track service KPIs, revenue targets, and operational costs
Coordinate with parts, sales, and management teams
Prepare reports and provide recommendations for improvement
Proven experience as a Service Manager or similar role in the automotive industry
Strong technical knowledge of vehicle servicing and repairs
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong customer service and communication abilities
Ability to manage budgets, reports, and performance metrics
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Diploma or degree in Automotive Engineering or related field (preferred)
