Lift/Elevator Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, and commission lifts, escalators, and moving walkways as per design specifications.

• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.

• Connect electrical wiring, test circuits, and troubleshoot any issues.

• Align and adjust mechanical components to ensure smooth operation.

• Conduct safety checks and quality assessments post-installation.

• Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other technicians for project execution.

• Maintain accurate records of installation, testing, and maintenance work.

• Adhere to workplace safety guidelines and industry regulations.

Requirements

• ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field.

• Experience in lift/elevator installation or a related field.

• Knowledge of electrical wiring, motor systems, and control panels.

• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Physical stamina and manual dexterity.
