Electronics Technician

Job Summary:

We are looking for an Electronics Technician for the device assembly department. The candidate should have hands-on experience in PCB assembly, circuit testing, and soldering work. The role involves working on medical electronic devices, ensuring quality and accuracy during production and testing.

Note: Only candidates with an Electronics background will be considered. Electrical candidates are not eligible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and solder electronic components on PCBs as per circuit diagrams and layouts.

• Perform PCB testing, functional testing, and troubleshooting of electronic devices.

• Identify and repair component-level faults and ensure correct circuit functionality.

• Handle soldering, de-soldering, crimping, and wiring tasks with precision.

• Maintain proper testing and inspection documentation.

• Coordinate with the R&D and QA teams for feedback and improvements.

• Assist in prototype builds, circuit verification, and product improvement activities.

• Maintain testing tools and equipment in good working condition.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of electronic components and circuit diagrams.

• Practical experience in PCB assembly, testing, and soldering (through-hole and SMD preferred).

• Ability to operate testing instruments like Multimeter, Oscilloscope, and Power Supply.

• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

• Good documentation and teamwork skills.

Qualification & Experience:

• Education: ITI / Diploma in Electronics (mandatory).

• Experience: 6month –2 years of experience in PCB assembly, soldering, and testing (preferably in the medical or electronic device manufacturing industry).
