Key Responsibilities:

Installation:
- Install, configure, and test security systems, including CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and access control devices.
- Run and manage cabling and wiring for security equipment.
- Ensure all installations are performed according to the manufacturer's guidelines and industry standards.
Maintenance & Repair:
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on security systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and repair faults in security systems and components.
- Respond promptly to service calls and perform repairs as needed.
Customer Service:
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their security needs and provide solutions.
- Educate clients on system operation and maintenance.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or issues professionally.
Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports and documentation related to service calls and system installations.
Compliance:
- Ensure all installations and repairs comply with relevant safety regulations and standards.
- Stay updated with the latest security technologies and industry best practices.
