• Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Chess Trainer to join our team. The trainer will deliver engaging online chess lessons, create structured lesson plans, track student progress, and help organize chess competitions. This is a full-time remote opportunity for candidates who are passionate about teaching and inspiring children.

• Responsibilities:

Conduct live online chess classes for children (beginner to advanced levels).

Design and implement structured lesson plans and exercises.

Monitor student progress and share feedback with parents.

Encourage and motivate students to build confidence and strategic thinking.

Support in organizing quarterly National Chess Competitions by Talent Craft India.

Work closely with the academic team to continuously improve course content.

• Requirements:

Strong knowledge of chess & chess websites (FIDE rating preferred but not mandatory).

Prior experience as a chess trainer/coach (online or offline) for at least 6 months.

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

Ability to engage and teach children in a fun and interactive manner.

Familiarity with online teaching platforms such as Zoom or Google Meet.

Laptop/PC with a reliable internet connection.

• Work Schedule:

Part-Time – 6 days a week.
