Utilise basic proficiency in Excel to organise and analyse data points for reporting purposes.
Maintain accurate records of execution per the process.
Generate reports as needed to track key performance indicators.

Collaborate with other teams such as Relationship Managers and Training teams to address and resolve concerns.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and resolution of issues.
-Crisis Management and Troubleshooting:
Demonstrate strong crisis management skills to address escalated customer issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
Implement effective solutions to prevent recurrence of similar issues in the future.
