Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging sessions for students at our rural branches.

• Assess, track, and report on student progress.

• Provide constructive feedback using positive reinforcement techniques.

• Teach essential study skills, note-taking methods, and test-taking strategies.

• Prepare students for standardized tests and interviews.

• Encourage interactive and collaborative learning during sessions.

• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Graduate.

• Strong command of English language and communication skills.

• Prior leadership experience in education or training.

• Expertise in areas such as test preparation, special education, or employability skill development.

• Passion for working with rural youth and empowering them through education.

• It is a Full Time Teacher / Tutor job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
