We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Life Care Logistic Pvt. Ltd. This role involves managing storage, inventory, and distribution in the warehouse. Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, pack, and dispatch goods while maintaining accurate stock records.

• Supervise daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth workflow.

• Train and guide team members on proper handling of materials, including hazardous items.

• Ensure goods are labeled accurately and stored in the correct locations.

• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure only the best products are dispatched.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the team for timely replenishment.

• Process all receipts, GRN, and inventory updates promptly in the system.

• Maintain discipline, safety, and cleanliness within the warehouse.

• Coordinate with transporters and internal teams for timely dispatch.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate (any stream preferred)

• Experience: 2–15 years in warehouse operations or supervision role

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is a must

• Leadership ability to manage and motivate a team

• Basic knowledge of inventory management systems / ERP

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure

• It is a Full Time గిడ్డంగి / లాజిస్టిక్స్ job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
