Job Summary

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, inventory control, dispatch, and adherence to safety standards. This role involves supervising warehouse staff, coordinating with logistics and procurement teams, and maintaining accurate inventory records to support smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch

• Manage and guide warehouse staff, assign duties, and monitor performance

• Ensure accurate inventory management, stock reconciliation, and timely reporting

• Maintain warehouse layout for optimal space utilization and easy accessibility

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory regulations

• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accuracy and timeliness

• Coordinate with purchase, sales, and logistics teams for smooth operations

• Handle material handling equipment and ensure proper usage and maintenance

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports

• Address operational issues and implement process improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations or supervision

• Good knowledge of inventory control systems and warehouse procedures

• Basic computer skills MS Excel

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Good communication skill 

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
