Job Summary

Responsible for managing daily warehouse operations, inventory control, material inward/outward, dispatch, documentation, and warehouse staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily inward, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.

• Verify incoming materials against purchase orders/invoices.

• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory entries.

• Conduct regular physical stock checks and resolve discrepancies.

• Ensure proper labeling, stacking, storage, and FIFO practices.

• Monitor stock levels and report shortages/excess stock.

• Prepare and maintain GRN, delivery challans, issue slips, stock transfer notes, and dispatch documents.

• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Sales, Accounts, and Transport teams.

• Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily work.

• Ensure safe loading/unloading and proper material handling.

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and space utilization.

• Handle damaged, returned, rejected, and obsolete materials.

• Support stock audits and prepare warehouse reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate/Diploma preferred.

• 2–5 years of warehouse/inventory experience.

• Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.

• Good communication, coordination, and team-handling skills.

• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping ability.
