Job Description – Warehouse Executive

Location: Noida, Sector 19
Department: Warehouse / Operations

About the Role

We are looking for a Warehouse Executive to manage claims and return-related activities, ensuring accurate documentation, timely processing, and proper coordination with warehouse and internal teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage customer/product claims and return processes.

• Coordinate with warehouse teams for return receiving and verification.

• Check returned products for quantity, condition, and discrepancies.

• Maintain accurate claims and returns records in Excel/system.

• Track pending, approved, and rejected claims.

• Coordinate with relevant teams for claim resolution and closure.

• Prepare daily/weekly claims and return reports.

• Identify recurring issues and report discrepancies to the concerned team.

• Ensure proper documentation and timely updating of all return transactions.

• Support overall warehouse operations as required.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of MS Excel.

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

• Good coordination and communication skills.

• It is a Full Time గిడ్డంగి / లాజిస్టిక్స్ job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
