Position: Warehouse Executive

Experience: 2 to 4 years

Job Description Warehouse Executive

1. Taking care of Warehouse.

2. Handling the Incoming & Outgoing Stock Report and status.

3. Managing Warehouse & Stores Operations.

4. Inventory Management, Handling Dispatch.

5. Material Unloading, Preparing MIS Reports etc

6. Planning of day to day dispatch activities

7. Procurement of Packing Material,

8. Supervising the packing of Material by Assistant / labour and prevent use of sub-standard packing material. Ensure that a proper packing norm for the Safety of the material is followed.

9. Prepare packing slips for every item that are packed in the packages wherever required.

10. Inform warehouse executive for invoicing / Delivery receipt

11. Check Invoice / DC and verify against Packing Slips

12. Co-ordination with Transporters for dispatch of material.

13. Collecting dispatch documents and filing the same at respective files for future reference

14. Maintaining of registers for all dispatches

15. Verifying all Stock movement in the Warehouse & that periodically, physically counts

16. Verification of Stock inward & stock outward report on daily basis

17. Preparing Stock statement

18. Information about value receipt and value of issued.

19. Submit VAT copies to Accounts/Finance Department on Monthly basis

20. Ensure the cleanness of received and storage area by oil sings with the House keeping department whenever cleaning is required

21. Follow up of staff work.

22. Handling multiple stock categories

23. Supervising and optimizing process flow during shipping and packaging to maximize efficiency and minimize error.
